I grew up between the ocean and the escarpment on the south coast of NSW, but Queensland has since adopted me into its boisterous humidity.

Currently, I produce local radio programs at 612 ABC Brisbane for local and statewide audiences. I also volunteer at 4ZZZ, where I’ve presented music and cultural programming since 2018. Some favourite interviews include Katie Gavin (MUNA), caroline (UK), Emma Russack, Julia Jacklin and Solo Career.

Previously, I’ve provided in-house copywriting to a premium streetwear retailer, facilitated the programming and delivery of a international conference program, managed the career of an award-winning alt-rock band and developed written assets to support the creative world-building of various contemporary artists.

In 2025, I was named in The Push’s 25 Under 25. I was deeply grateful to moderate 4ZZZ’s 50th Anniversary panel discussion on the future of queer broadcasting, and to return to SXSW Sydney as a judge for the Justin Cosby Music Prize. In April 2026, I participated in The Music Writer’s Lab at WOMADelaide.

I love listening to my friends complain, knitting on the ferry, cooking for a full house, finding a lipstick in a jacket pocket after I’m resolved it’s lost for good. I’m interested in the pervasive impact of AI on individuals and their relationships, particularly as it intersects with the cultural record and consumer behaviour. It’s my aspiration to platform stories and artists who help audiences process the changing world and make sense of their place in it.
